Who is Susan Sjolund?
Susan Sjolund’s career as a marketing and public relations executive has spanned the globe in the pursuit of driving people and companies to perform at their highest levels.
Her biggest accomplishments include being part of the leadership team in one of the largest sector-specific medical device companies acquisitions in the last 15 years, influencing the governments of Malaysia and Sweden to adopt equity crowdfunding as a path to accelerate entrepreneurship and surviving the first two years as mom of twins.
After twenty years in the corporate sector, Susan has directed her attention to following her passion for empowering others to be the best version of themselves and has to date coached a variety of clients in countries including USA, Sweden, Canada, South Africa, Germany, the United Kingdom and the Middle East.
Susan is an ICF-accredited coach who works 1-on-1 and in group settings with a wide range of companies, teams and individuals to help them find clarity and direction in their lives.
In her work as transformation life coach, Susan believes that her clients are naturally creative, resourceful and whole, but that they need to develop their own superpowers to move beyond what they themselves believe to be possible in their own lives. She employs an empathetic presence combined with skills honed over hundreds of hours of coaching to show up fully present and create a safe space in which her clients can transform.
Susan is registered with the International Coaching Federation as an ACC (Associate Certified Coach), holds a CPCC qualification from the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) as well as certifications in leadership and innovation from Harvard Business School and NYU School of Business. She holds a B.Tech degree in Public Relations from the Cape University of Technology in Cape Town, South Africa.

Susan survived divorce from her 'wasband' in 2023 and now lives a peaceful life with her twin boys (and a very needy Golden Retriever) in San Diego, CA. She has called Cape Town, New York City, London, Stockholm and Silicon Valley "home" over the past 15 years.
